Ninja and Climbing Parties

Aspire Ninja and Climbing Parties are a 2 hour guided experience with a ratio of 1:6 guides to participants. This ensures the highest safety standards for your group.

Food and Refreshments

You will provide the food and refreshments for your guests if you choose to offer them. We suggest keeping it simple with items like drinks, pizza and/or birthday cake. By default, 15 minutes is scheduled for the break midway through. This time is part of your 2 hours total party experience. Longer breaks will eat into your time on the climbing walls or ninja course. 

The Schedule:

Parties may arrive 15 minutes early to prepare the party room and get settled in. The party experience follows the following format to provide the best experience. These time stamps may be customized to your group based on the age range and interest of your group. Some groups prefer more climbing time, some prefer not to have a break to maximize their time on the ninja course or climbing walls. We recommend communicating your preference to your party guides upon arrival. We're happy to adjust as needed.

• 10-minute ninja saftey orientation
• 40-minute guided ninja course
• 20-minute break (pizza/cake/gifts - your call)
• 10-minute climbing shoes and bouldering saftey orientation
• 40-minute guided climbing games

Parties are scheduled with 30 minutes between bookings to allow guests to clear out, our staff to clean and prepare the space for the next group, and for the next group to arrive 15 minutes early. Children are asked to vacate the ninja warrior courses and climbing floors at the end of the party as the guided supervision time has ended. If you would like to stay for longer, day passes must be purchessed and active supervision at a ratio of 1 parent to 3 children under the age of 13. This will not be guided.

When placing your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. The outstanding balance will be due on the date of the event.

How to Book:

• Select your preferred date shown in yellow and available time slots will appear
• Select the preferred time slot and select the number of participants for your booking
• When booking your party, a minimum of 10 participants must be selected
• Bookings of 13-18 participants (minimum charge for 13 participants with no shows)
• Bookings of 18-24 participants (minimum charge if 18 participants with no shows)
• Taxes are extra on all prices
• Your deposit is non-refundable so please refer to our Cancellation Policy tab for more information regarding cancellations and refunds.

All participants and parents must have a waiver on file to participate and spectate. Fill out an ONLINE WAIVER prior to your arrival. This will greatly reduce check-in times to avoid late starts to your event. Late starts are not given additional time at the end.

Before booking, please note that deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellations received 15 days in advance of the booking, may have the deposit returned in the form of credit. Credits do not expire and may be used against any future offering, product or service. Deposits are forfeited if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
