League of Ninjas: EVOs 2.0, 3.0 & 4.0

Program Term

The EVOs program is a 10-month program. Regular team training, coaching and included athlete services are provided during the published 2026/2027 program season. Selecting the 12-payment option does not extend the program or provide two additional months of training.

12-Payment Option

The 12-payment option is provided solely to lower the monthly payment amount by spreading the total program fee over a longer period. Families selecting this option may have scheduled payments remaining after regular training and complimentary membership access have ended. These payments are installments toward the total program fee. They do not purchase or provide additional training or facility access.

Payment Authorization

By registering for EVOs and selecting a payment schedule, the account holder authorizes Aspire to charge the payment method on file according to the selected schedule until the complete program balance and applicable taxes have been paid.

A declined or missed payment does not cancel the program commitment or extend the athlete’s training or complimentary membership access. The account holder remains responsible for the outstanding balance unless Aspire approves a cancellation or adjustment in writing.

Absences and Withdrawals

Athlete absences, vacations, missed practices, competitions, injuries or a decision not to use the facility do not automatically reduce the total program fee, pause scheduled payments or extend complimentary membership access.

Withdrawal, medical accommodation, credit and refund requests will be reviewed according to Aspire’s applicable program policies and governing law. Any approved adjustment must be confirmed by Aspire in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration, the account holder acknowledges and agrees that:

• The total EVOs program fee plus applicable taxes is paid by the end of the 10-month period.
• The EVOs program and complimentary membership access cover a defined 10-month period.
• The 10-payment and 12-payment options are payment schedules for the same total program fee.
• The 12-payment option provides lower monthly payments but does not create a 12-month program or membership.
• Complimentary membership access ends with the 10-month program term, even if scheduled payments remain.
• No summer bridge membership or summer facility access is included.
• The account holder is responsible for completing all payments under the selected schedule.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Complimentary Membership Access

EVOs registration includes complimentary Aspire facility access for the athlete during the defined 10-month program term. Complimentary membership access ends when the EVOs program term ends, regardless of whether the family selected the 10-payment or 12-payment option. This access is a benefit included with active participation in the EVOs program. It is not a separate 10-month or 12-month paid membership. Complimentary memberships exclude paid membership perks such as discounts and monthly guest passes. 

Summer Access

Neither payment option includes a Summer Bridge Membership. Athletes wishing to use Aspire after their complimentary membership access ends must purchase a separate summer membership, pass or other applicable access product.
